Safron fo Tube Pre-amplifier for bass guitar

Photograph shows the prototype fo Bass Tube-Pre, which was designed for Tom Waldron. The main parameters being: high input impedance to match his '69 Pbass; variable gain control so that he could adjust the amount of "crunch"; '60's style bass and treble controls; very low noise, for recording.
